Injection moulding

In our injection-moulding production department we work with 20 cutting edge Arburg and Demag injection-moulding machines, with a closing force of 250 to 6,500 kN. Due to growing demands on parts, we are increasingly relying on multiple-component solutions. All our systems are automated and equipped with a number of camera systems to monitor the quality of the components.

Day/night design

Day/night design

Some 2-component injection-moulding parts are electroplated on just one side. This makes it possible to integrate light into these components for a day/night design.

Automating parts storage

Automating parts storage

In comparison to electroplated plastic parts, raw parts are sensitive. As a result, critical raw parts are stored in their packaging in a fully automated process. This increases productivity and reduces the risk of damage.

Soldermask

Soldermask

To bind electroplating parts perfectly to other components, the coating of parts may need to be prevented in part. This requirement, necessary for small quantities in particular, is achieved using a special varnish. With this in mind, we have developed an automated version of this process adapted to each product. This achieves the required precision of cover and the desired level of process safety.
